At a time when technology was in its infancy, Mom and Dad arranged for a recording of their October 6, 1951 wedding held at Giles United Church.
It was saved and recorded to a 33 LP record. Over time the album became quite scratched and I did my best to filter out audio noise, spikes and clicks. During Dad’s ring presentation to Mom, the recording flipped to the other side. Unfortunately, there is a part missing due to a damaged portion of the vinyl record and part of Dad’s vocals were lost.
Millie, who was a good friend of Mom and Dad’s provided the excellent singing vocals.
